Generate professional, tax-compliant invoices and certificates directly from Fire Fill.

📊 Overview

The Invoicing module helps you:

• Create invoices for services rendered (inspections, refills) and products sold.
• Multi-Currency Support: Bill in your local currency.
• Tax Compliance: Automatically calculate VAT and include tax IDs (NIF, RC) in the footer.
• Digital Distribution: Share PDFs instantly via WhatsApp or Email.

📝 Generating an Invoice

Invoices are typically generated from a completed Service Request workflow.

1. Navigate to the Orders section.
2. Select the completed order or service request.
3. Tap the Print/Invoice button (printer icon).
4. Choose the document type:
   • Invoice: The final commercial bill.
   • Proforma: A preliminary quote for approval.
   • Delivery Note: For logistics confirmation.

👁️ Invoice Preview & Customization

Before finalizing, the print preview allows you to:

• Verify Details: Check line items, tax calculations, and client info.
• Select Template:
  • A4/Letter: Standard full-page invoice.
  • Thermal/Receipt: Narrow format for mobile thermal printers (80mm/58mm).
• Language: Toggle the document language (English/French/Arabic) to match the client’s preference.

🖨️ Printing

1. Direct Print: Select a connected printer.
   • Mobile: Supports Bluetooth thermal printers.
   • Desktop: Uses system print dialog for standard office printers.
2. Copies: Set the number of copies needed.

📤 Sharing

1. In the preview screen, tap the Share icon.
2. Select the target app (e.g., WhatsApp Business).
3. The invoice is sent as a secure, high-quality PDF.

⚙️ Configuration

Adjust global invoice settings in the Store Configuration:

• Tax Rates: Set your default VAT % (e.g., 19%).
• Footer Info: Update legal registration numbers (RC, NIF).
• Logo: Ensure your store branding is up to date.
