Manage your customer database effectively to streamline service requests and maintain detailed equipment history for every facility.
π Overview
The Client Management module enables you to:
- Add new clients including individuals, businesses, or government entities.
- Equipment History: View a log of all fire safety assets associated with a specific client.
- Geolocation: Pin client facilities on the map for route optimization.
- Communication: Direct integration with WhatsApp, Phone, and Email.
π Accessing Clients
To access the Client Management screen:
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- Click on the Clients icon in the bottom navigation bar or the side menu.

β Adding a New Client
- Click the Add Client button (floating action button with a
+icon). - Enter the clientβs information:
- First Name & Last Name (or Company Name): The primary identifier.
- Phone Number: Primary contact number.
- Email: Email address for digital invoices and certificates.
- Address: Physical address or GPS coordinates.
- Save the client profile.
βοΈ Editing a Client
- In the Clients list, search for or select the client you wish to edit.
- Tap on the clientβs name to open their profile.
- Click the Edit icon.
- Modify contact details or update location.
- Save your changes.
ποΈ Deleting a Client
Warning: Deleting a client will remove their profile and may archive their service history.
- Swipe left on the client item (on mobile) or click the Delete icon.
- Confirm the deletion.
π Client Equipment History
A key feature for compliance:
- Open a Client Profile.
- Navigate to the Equipment or History tab.
- View a list of all extinguishers and systems serviced at this location, including their last inspection dates and upcoming expirations.
π Searching and Filtering
- Search Bar: Find clients by name, company, or phone number.
- Sort: Order by Name, Date Added, or Last Service Date.
π¬ Client Communication
- Call: Tap the phone icon to initiate a call directly.
- WhatsApp: One-tap chat to send reminders or digital reports.
- Email: Send formal quotes and invoices.
